It doesn’t matter if this is your first yoga class or if you’ve been stepping onto your mat for decades, All Levels Flow is designed to offer a variety of options for every need and experience level.

Hatha Yoga

Traditionally Hatha yoga uses the practice of the poses to rinse out the body and build the physical strength and endurance required to spend long periods of time in meditation. Once the Hatha yoga practice is complete, the ideal mind body harmony has been created to facilitate deep, relaxing meditation. We use pranayama (breathing) methods combining with simple Yoga postures slowly developing flexibility to advanced practice. We recommend this practice if you are willing to learn the base elements of traditional yoga.

Therapeutic Yoga

 Using methods like Anusana, Iyengar, Hatha yoga, Biomechanics and Ayurveda, our therapists will guide you through the practice releasing physical discomforts like lumbar hernias, scoliosis, kyphosis, chronical pain and muscular tension. Using Ayurvedic methods we came to knowledge that our mental and emotional issues are affecting our physical body. Through yoga we learn to recognize and balance these patterns.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a traditional, highly active and dynamic form of yoga. When practiced correctly, it demands a high degree of focus and concentration; generates an internal heat that cleanses and purifies; creates a strong, supple body; and brings clarity to the mind. And those that practice it passionately find the Ashtanga Vinyasa system delivers rapid progress and tangible results.
